*PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE A SESSION HAPPENING ON WEDNESDAY 6TH JULY*
 
Children will be collected from their classrooms after school.
Please pick up at 4.45 promptly from St Lucy classroom (middle Y1/2 class).
 
If your child has already attended sessions with me, you do not need to fill in your details, unless there are any changes.
Please leave a note with who will be collecting your child. Alternative pickups must be confirmed in advance.
 
Payment is for the block of five weeks. There will be no refunds for children who cannot make a session. 
 
PLEASE NOTE ALL CONTACT SHOULD BE THROUGH MYSELF RATHER THAN THE SCHOOL.
